Ann C. Humlinski, age 95 of Beulah, formerly of Ocqueoc, died August 8, 2006 at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. Ann was born in Detroit on July 26, 1911 to Frank and Antionette Plonka. She was married to the late Theodore Humlinski. Ann worked as a tool crib clerk for Chrysler Automotive in East Detroit and in her younger years worked as a cigar factory worker in Hazel Park. She also owned and operated the Meadows Bar in Wolverine from 1961 to 1976. Ann attended St. Paul's Catholic Church in Onaway. She loved the big band dance era and enjoyed crocheting and reading. Ann will be sadly missed by her son, Theodore (Rosemary) Humlinski of Beulah; daughter, Christine (Roger) Grandia of Roundup, Montana; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and brother, Frank Plonka of Rogers City. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Theodore Humlinski; sister, Mary; and brother John. |
