Mildred Marie Lail, age 80 of Cheboygan, a long time resident of Millersburg, died November 7, 2006 at Cheboygan Memorial Hospital. Mildred was born in Millersburg on February 8, 1926 to Orlando and Etta (St. Clair) DeRosia. On June 7, 1941 she was married to Philip B. Lail in Millersburg. Mildred was a homemaker and a member of the Community of Christ Church in Onaway. She was an avid crafter and quilter, but also enjoyed crocheting, cooking, canning, hunting, fishing, and playing cards. She loved singing and listening to music with her family. Millie will be sadly missed by her daughters, Darleen Lail-Pinson of Millersburg, Ruthann Morgan (Tom Libby) of Hawks, and Annette (Chris) Schleben of Jacksonville, Florida; sons, Duane (Diane) Lail of Ocqueoc and Philip (Colleen) Lail of Cheboygan; 13 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband Philip; sister, Viola Nash; brother, Elton DeRosia; son-in-laws, Carl Morgan and Gary Pinson; 1 grandchild; and 2 great grandchildren.
