Bruce D. Watson, age 35 of Millersburg, died May 5, 2006 at his home. Bruce was born in Rogers City on December 3, 1970 to Barry and Barbara (Bellville) Watson. Bruce was a lifelong resident of Millersburg and a member of the Onaway Assembly of God Church. He was champion of the Special Olympics many, many times and a strong supporter of Wertz's Warriors and Water Warriors, always encouraging them to raise money for Special Olympics. Bruce loved sports, especially Red Wings Hockey and also enjoyed camping. He loved everyone and everyone loved him. He will be sadly missed by his parents, Barry and Barbara of Millersburg; brother, Brian (Lyn) Watson of Minot, North Dakota; sister, Bettina (John) Samson of Jefferson, Missouri; and nephew, Tyler Watson of Minot, North Dakota. Bruce will also be missed by his grandparents, Cletus (Emilie) Watson of Lakeland, Florida; and grandfather, Herbert McCallum of Lake Orion. |
