Carol Ann (Peacock) Crawford, age 60 of Onaway, formerly of Alpena, died November 28, 2007 at Northern Michigan Regional Hospital in Petoskey. Carol was born in Rogers City on April 22, 1947 to Ervigal and Delena (Goupell) Peacock. On August 22, 1995 she was married to Clyde Crawford in Cheboygan. Carol lived in the Onaway area most of her life. She worked at Russell Memorial Hospital, as a caregiver at Golden Beach Manor, and also volunteered at the Onaway Senior Citizen's Center. Carol enjoyed going to Curves and going for walks. Her greatest joy of all was her grandchildren and the time she spent with them. Carol will be sadly missed by her husband, Clyde of Onaway; sons, Darin (Carol) Stevens of Alanson, Chad Stevens of Indian River, and Justin Crawford of Lake City; granddaughters, Cheyann Stevens of Indian River and Riley & Abby Crawford of Lake City; brothers, Dick (Donna) Peacock of Rogers City, Tom (Becky) Peacock of Gaylord, and Terry (Jean) Peacock of Onaway; sister-in-law, Bonnie Peacock of Sibley, Missouri; and brother-in-law, Bob Lonsdale of Black Lake.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Carl Peacock; and sister, Shirley Lonsdale. |
