Glenn C. Cryderman, age 91 of Onaway died March 7, 2008 at Cheboygan Memorial Hospital.
Glenn was born in Allis Township on September 27, 1916 to William and Jessie (Noble) Cryderman. On February 1, 1941 he was married to Arlene Marie King in Onaway.
Glenn was a lifelong resident of the Onaway area and served as a board member for the Onaway Senior Citizen's Center and the Onaway Senior Nutrition Center. He worked as a farmer all of his life and for 10 years drove for the Presque Isle County Road Commission. Glenn was an avid fisherman and especially enjoyed ice fishing. He also enjoyed trapping and gardening.
Glenn will be sadly missed by his wife of 67 years, Arlene of Onaway; sons, James G. Cryderman of Gwinn, Donald L. (Betty) Cryderman of Onaway, and Terry R. (Pat) Cryderman of Ralph; daughter, Judy Osborn of Vicksburg and Onaway; 7 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. Preceding Glenn in death are three brothers, Harold, Cecil, and Max; father, William; mother, Jessie; and step-mother, Regina. |
