Leon Fenstermaker, age 54 of Onaway, died May 28, 2008 at Northern Michigan Regional Hospital.
Leon was born in Tower on November 21, 1953 to Raymond and Marion (Sayers) Fenstermaker. On February 17, 1989 he was married to Georgia Lee Tyndall in Cheboygan.
Leon was a lifelong resident of the Onaway area and worked as a custodial supervisor for Carroll Custodial Compnay. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, going mushroom picking, and watching scary movies.
Leon will be sadly missed by his wife, Georgia Fenstermaker of Onaway; sons, Erick Fenstermaker of Orlando, Florida and Chandler Fenstermaker of Onaway; daughters, Jessica and Danielle Fenstermaker both of Alpena and Tiffany Tyndall of Cheboygan; grandchildren, Jasmine, Johnathan, Lilly, and Damion; brothers, Jim (Ethel) Fenstermaker of Tower and Leo Fenstermaker; and sisters, Marion (John) Crimens and Monda Fenstermaker both of Gaylord. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Marion;
6 siblings; a nephew; and 2 nieces. |
