Darlene Faye (Morgan) Hart, age 60 of Onaway, died September 5, 2008 at Northern Michigan Regional Hospital in Petoskey.
Darlene was born in Cheboygan on July 1, 1948 to Billie and Donna (Milligan) Morgan. On July 31, 1965 she was married to Gerald R. Hart in Alpena. Darlene worked as a homemaker and was a lifelong resident of the Onaway area. She was a member of the Community of Christ Church. Darlene enjoyed doing crafts, sewing, reading, and flower gardening. She had a gift for being able to make things beautiful and perfect.
Darlene will be sadly missed by her daughter, Tracy (Tony) Porter of Ravenna; son, Todd (Shannon) Hart of Cheboygan; granddaughters, Alexandria "Ali" and Gabrielle "Gabi" Hart of Cheboygan; grandchildren, Justin, Logan, and Rachael Porter of Ravenna; parents, Billie and Donna Morgan of Onaway; brother, Mike Morgan of Alpena; and sisters, Dianne Morgan of Petoskey, Sue (Jon) Nelson of Onaway, and Janet (Kevin) Horrocks of Avon, OH.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Hart on June 8, 1985. |
