Rosalyn Kay (Bowen) Parrott, age 52 of Afton, died July 3, 2008 at her home.
Rosalyn was born in Onaway on May 10, 1956 to Charles and Betty (Eagleson) Bowen. On February 10, 1977 she was married to Armond L. Parrott in Cheboygan.
Rosalyn was a lifelong resident of Cheboygan County. She worked as a splicer at the Manthei Veneer factory in Petoskey. Rosalyn also worked for 20 years as a cook at Christopher's Restaurant in Indian River.
She will be sadly missed by her husband, Armond of Afton; daughters, Amy Roth of Tower and Mary Ormsbee of Afton; 7 grandchildren; father, Charlie Bowen of Tower; and brother, George Bowen of Onaway. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty; daughter, Sara Parrott; and a grandchild. |
