Virdie "Verda" Marie Reynolds, age 95 of Rogers City, formerly of Flint, died May 16, 2008 at Tendercare Health Center of Rogers City.
Verda was born on January 8, 1913 in Harlan, Kentucky to Carter and Louisa (Lankford) Fields. She married Robert Reynolds in Kentucky.
In July of 2207 Verda moved to Rogers City from Flint. She was a member of the West Flint Church of God and enjoyed cooking, sewing, and going to church.
Verda will be sadly missed by her daughters, Patricia Firman of Millersburg, Sandy Davis of Zephyrhills, Florida, and Brenda Palmeter of Bay City; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren; and sisters, Ruby Russell of Kentucky, Lillian Manakee and Wilma VonLinslow both of Florida.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; an infant son; and several brothers and sisters. |
