Laureldene S. Jarvis, age 71 of Ocqueoc, died March 21, 2009
at her home.
Laureldene was born in Ocqueoc Township on May 19, 1937 to Joseph E. and Flora (Lincoln) Jarvis. She was a lifelong resident of Ocqueoc and worked as a farmer. Laureldene took part in Boy Scout rummage sales and enjoyed sewing and quilting. She loved going for walks and sitting outside listening to the birds. Laureldene also liked to babysit and spend time with her family.
She will be sadly missed by her sister,caregiver, and best friend, Janice Geiger of Ocqueoc; sister, Lorinda Duffiney of Cheboygan; brothers, Lowell (Clara) Jarvis of Almont and Leland Jarvis of Precott; and many
nieces and nephews.
Laureldene was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Rodney and David; and a nephew. |
